WHAT IS AN N-BRANDS MEMBERSHIP?
As an N-Brands member you can collect points with every purchase you make on our webshops and in our Brand Stores. For every euro you spend, you receive one point. Not only can you collect points, you’ll also receive exclusive invites from your favorite N-Brands. The membership consists of four different levels: N-Member, Bronze Member, Silver Member and Gold Member. The more points you have, the higher your level goes and the more benefits you’ll receive.
HOW TO REGISTER?
You can register for the N-Brands Membership in three ways:
- In the shop at the checkout: Please provide your name and phone number before paying. Shortly afterwards you will receive a text message from N-Brands including a link. Click on this link to register. We immediately add the points earned from your latest in-store order to your account. Do you also want to collect points on your webshop orders? Then make sure the email you sign up with in-stores correlates to your webshop account, that way your online and webshop orders will automatically upload your points to the same account.
- After an order in the webshop: After ordering you will receive an email from N-Brands about the membership. This email contains information about the program and a link to register. Click on this link to register. We immediately add the points earned from your latest webshop order to your account. Do you also want to collect in the store? Then follow the steps from point 1, but instead of creating a new account, log in with your account after the text message.
- Via the membership page on our website: You can also register without purchasing. Then you’re a member already. Make sure you register with the same email address you use (or will use) in the webshop. You automatically collect points after a new purchase in the webshop. Do you also want to collect in the store? Then follow the steps from point 1, but instead of creating a new account, log in with your account after the text message.
Earning points as an N-Brands member is possible in two ways; on our webshop and in-stores. Please read through the specifications for each option:
- In-Store orders: When earning points from your in-store orders, the following payment methods must be used as your savings card: A debit card, credit card or Apple Pay. *Do not worry, we do not use sensitive information. We only use the NFC chip of your debit card (or telephone) to recognize your card as a unique card. Therefore, this does not link to your bank account or any personal data. It's 100% safe and reliable.
- Do you not have your regular savings card with you, or do you have a new debit or credit card? No worries, it is possible to link multiple payment methods. When you pay with a different card than your regular savings card, inform the cashier and they will look you up in the register. You will then receive a text message with a link. Click on this link and log in with your existing account. Your second payment method is now linked.
- Webshop orders: Earning points on our webshop is easy. After registering through an in-store purchase or via the membership page on our website you will automatically collect points after each new purchase. In order to make sure that both webshop and in-store orders are linked to the same account, please ensure the email you sign up with in-stores correlates to your webshop account, that way you link your in-store and webshop orders so that they automatically upload points to the same account.
Please note: You don’t collect points when using AfterPay or cash payments in the Brand Stores. Also, De Bijenkorf and outlet stores are excluded from the collecting program.
- Member – 0 to 750 points
- Bronze Member – 751 to 1.500 points
- Silver Member – 1.501 to 2.500 points
- Gold Member – 2.501 or more points
With your earned points you’ll receive coupons, gifts and discounts. Each level gives you access to extra benefits. On special occasions we add extra coupons. You can redeem a coupon in one of our stores or in our webshop. When you level up, the coupons for that level become visible. You can use them after 1 month, due to the fact that it is still possible to return your order within that month. Once you’ve received the voucher, it is redeemable for 11 months. You stay in a certain level for a year, unless you’re reaching a higher level.
When you have collected most of your points in the store, we will automatically create a coupon for the store. This also applies to the webshop, and you can adjust this for each coupon. In that way, you can choose whether you want to use a coupon in the store or in the webshop. A coupon for the website contains a code that you can enter in the webshop during checkout. A store coupon contains a barcode that the cashier will scan for you.
As a member, you will always receive a small present on your birthday. It doesn’t matter which level of the membership you are in. You will receive your present when you go to one of our Brand Stores on your birthday, with the birthday voucher and your ID.
We ask you to enter your date of birth once, to prevent fraud. You will also receive a nice gift for your birthday. Did something go wrong? Please contact our customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) so we can adjust your date of birth. Your email address is very important, this is how you collect points. It is thus not possible to manually change your email address. Please contact our customer service at email@example.com in order to change any personal data.
ATTENTION: We currently know of a problem where the dot in your email address is not shown. You can still log in and you will receive emails.
