HOW TO APPLY?
- Keep the eye closed and draw a line with the perfect eye pencil close to the lash line to intensify the effect of any mascara.
- The white eye pencil creates a more natural look and makes the eye appear larger. The black eye pencil makes the eyes narrower and more dramatic giving the eyes a more intensified and darker look.
- To create a smokey eye look, apply the eye pencil to the water’s edge and you’re ready for the night!
