DELIVERY AT A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS (GIFT)

If you are not at home to receive a package or you are giving your purchase as a gift you can select to have the order delivered at a different address from the invoice address.

NOT ALL ITEMS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED

It is possible that several items in an order will be delivered in separate consignments. No additional delivery charges will be charged for this. You can follow the package and delivery status by checking your track&trace code. The login details will be sent to the e-mail address you entered.

ORDER UNEXPECTEDLY UNAVAILABLE

If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you of this within 5 working days. The amount you paid will be reimbursed to your bank account within 14 days. 

Our online range is monitored continuously with the utmost care. Unfortunately, in exceptional circumstances it may occur that, when processing the order, an item is no longer in stock. In such cases the item’s purchase price, including delivery charges, will be reimbursed within 14 days.
