MY SIZE ISN’T AVAILABLE IN THE WEBSHOP, CAN I STILL ORDER IT?
If a certain item isn’t available in a particular size in the webshop, it is (temporarily) out of stock and can therefore not be ordered. This size may come back in stock at a later stage. Please fill in your emailadress, you will receive a back in stock email when your size is available.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you send your order you will receive a track & trace code from DHL by e-mail. You can use this to view the status of your order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel placed orders as these are processed automatically in our system. Once you have received the order, you can return it. If you wish to receive the item in a different size, you need to return the wrong size and order the new size again on the website. You can't exchange the items.
I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE
You can enter your discount code when completing your order. If the discount code and invoice amount do not concur, you should pay the remaining amount using one of the payment methods.
