WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES FOR MY ORDER?
- Delivery charges within the Netherlands are € 3.95 per order (free delivery from € 150.00)
- Delivery charges to Belgium are € 7.95.
- Delivery charges outside NL/B are available on request by contacting our head office: +31 (0)20 26 10 100.

WHAT IS MY ORDER’S DELIVERY TIME?
NP Fashion ships all (large) packages via GLS. We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, under the following conditions:
- Delivery within 1-3 working days
- Delivery 5 days per week
- Free second delivery attempt if you are not at home
I WAS NOT AT HOME. WHERE IS MY ORDER?
If you are not at home at the free second delivery attempt, GLS will leave a ready-for-collection note in your letterbox. The order may be left with neighbours or at a GLS collection point.
DELIVERY AT A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS (GIFT)
If you are not at home to receive a package or you are giving your purchase as a gift you can select to have the order delivered at a different address from the invoice address.
NOT ALL ITEMS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED
It is possible that several items in an order will be delivered in separate consignments. No additional delivery charges will be charged for this. You can follow the package and delivery status by logging on to track & trace. The login details will be sent to the e-mail address you entered.
If delivery is delayed we will contact you within 3 working days.
ORDER UNEXPECTEDLY UNAVAILABLE
If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you of this within 5 working days. The amount you paid will be reimbursed to your bank account within 14 days.
Our online range is monitored continuously with the utmost care. Unfortunately, in exceptional circumstances it may occur that, when processing the order, an item is no longer in stock. In such cases the item’s purchase price, including delivery charges, will be reimbursed within 14 days.
ORDER NOT DELIVERED OR IS INCORRECT
