FOR HOW LONG IS THE GUARANTEE VALID?

 

NP Fashion guarantees that the delivered items meet the standard requirements and norms and are free from defects. The above-stated guarantee applies for a period of 30 days after delivery.

 

WHAT IS THE GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE?

 

The delivery note serves as guarantee certificate for the order.

 

WHEN CAN I CLAIM UNDER THE GUARANTEE?

 

 In the event of defects, NP Fashion will exchange or repair the product free of charge.

No claim can be made under the guarantee as a consequence of normal wear and tear, or damage caused intentionally or through negligence.

THE ITEM IS NO LONGER IN STOCK, WILL THE PURCHASE PRICE BE REIMBURSED?

 

If an item is no longer in stock we will refund the purchase price.

 

WHAT ABOUT LIABILITY?

-       NP Fashion’s liability with respect to delivery of a defective item is in all cases limited to the replacement or repair of the item or to reimbursement, not exceeding the original purchase price.

-       NP Fashion accepts no claims with regard to consequential loss in whatever form.

-       NP Fashion is not liable for damage as a consequence of intentional acts or omissions, fault, negligence or improper use by third parties.

-       NP Fashion accepts no liability for damage as a result of washing, drying, ironing, dry-cleaning or other forms of treatments to the delivered product.

-       We advise dry-cleaning of items with print, rhinestones, beads and/or imprint.

-       NP Fashion is not liable in the event of buttons, rhinestones, sequins or other attached objects becoming detached.

NP Fashion will always take your complaint seriously. If you are not satisfied with one of our products or services please contact our customer services via our website’s ticket system. You can pose your query online in the ticket system via “my account”. We receive such queries directly and these are linked to your invoice details, which enables us to offer you faster service. Should you wish to speak with us by telephone, please contact us on working days between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm. We will start to process your complaint immediately and will contact you as soon as possible.
